- Promote a culture of fairness, respect, honesty, and integrity, where all colleagues are empowered to raise concerns without fear of retaliation and where ethical conduct is embedded throughout the organisation.
- Maintain robust recruitment and employment practices designed to prevent exploitation, ensure legal right-to-work verification, and promote fair treatment of all workers.
- Provide mandatory Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking awareness training to all colleagues, including new starters, to help them recognise the signs of exploitation, understand their responsibilities, and access appropriate reporting and support channels.
- Encourage the reporting of concerns relating to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, or worker exploitation through established whistleblowing and safeguarding processes.
- Monitor emerging risks, legislation, guidance, and best practice relating to modern slavery and human trafficking, reviewing and updating policies, controls, and business practices as necessary to strengthen our prevention and response measures.
- Regularly review our supply chains and business relationships to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking.
- Take appropriate action where concerns are identified, including investigating reports, engaging with suppliers or partners, and terminating relationships where ethical or legal standards are not met.
